I did read the comments relative to her being removed from the site and consequently your comments requesting her to be allowed back, but I don't have any knowledge as to why this all occured. Dude, I'm not here to fuss and fight. I'll leave that to others. I just want to enjoy folks like yourself and hear about the fun and interesting things going on in our lives. | I'm not mad at you per se, Ed. I'm angry that so many of the people on this site seem so dismissive of cruelty and injustice perpetrated against an entirely blameless person. Ms. Sammartino was attacked for what exactly? That she didn't graduate from Forrest Sherman? I know a number of people who fail to reach that particular requirement. She's considered disruptive and strange? How do we know that? The " self-appointed hall monitor" has selectively deleted the comments that would allow us to reconstruct the conversation. What does Alisa Allan have to do with this? How about Cindy Montagnaro? What does Dave Flick's obvious animosity toward Lucy Bond have to do with it? Why did Lucy defend this woman? People find her comments strange? Have any of you considered that Patrizia is a native Italian speaker, and uses english as a second language? Was Patrizia known to members of this group from the Allied Teen Club at AFSOUTH? Carney Park? Was she invited to this group by Max Devivo? Who attacked her, and why did they do it? Why has Patrizia Sammartino been singled out for banishment by the"hall monitor". It takes two to tango, why hasn't anyone else suffered the same punishment? Who is anyone in this group to punish anyone else? The woman is entirely inoffensive in my view, and I don't tolerate bullies well. I want this decision reversed because it gives all of us a bad name. If others don't think that's important, well, I would suggest they're not very thoughtful, and their manners and sense of fairness leave something to be desired. |
| James, just pulled up a map of California. I'm not well versed in California geography, so I now know you are north of LA near San Francisco. The wife and her parents went out there last year and then up to the wine country. I hear it's beautiful up that way. Maybe if I find myself out there for an extended stay, we could meet for dinner or something. I would enjoy that. |
