Carolyn you did the right thing, it is difficult to balance privacy with the need for community sometimes, and sometimes the unpredictable happens.

It pains me to say this, and this is my final word on the subject. So listen up. After speaking to Tommy Schultz, and discussing the mutual feeling that there is power in prayer, (and having gotten the impression that Patsy's condition was not a secret) I put the word out on the FSHS site on Facebook ONLY, that Patsy could use our prayers due to her situation. I provided no info such as phone number, or address. Much to my dismay, I received a phone message from Patsy reaming me out royally. She felt her privacy had been violated, and she had apparently been getting phone calls, (some from FSHers she didn't even know!) how they got her number I have no idea. While this might prove the adage that no good deed goes unpunished, I take full responsibility and blame for this. I wanted Patsy to feel the warmth and healing love of her classmates, not any unwanted intrusion into a difficult private time in her life. SO, please do not contact Patsy, but keep her in your hearts and minds. I love her very much, and the thought that I hurt her in any way makes me feel awful. We shall abide by her wish to keep her situation private, and if she wishes us to have any further updates, I'm sure they'll be passed along. Thanks to all of you for your kind and generous spirits. I know your hearts are full of love. Thanks, Carolyn
