| Say hi to Patrizia and Paolo. You will love them. Glad I was able to get you in there. For the rest of you, I am a full service travel agent and would love to help any Wildcats make their vacation dreams come true! |
Comment History | Enjoy can't wait to hear about his experience. Bob enjoyed it when I took him there but I don't think as much as I did. |
| Wow, I know you are looking forward to it. Are you flying into Capa dachino or Rome? Renting a cinque cento to get around in? Hope you guys have a wonderful trip and be safe. Ciao Bella, Ken |
| Have a wonderful time Roni! Think of all of us as you live it up! |
| Thanks John. On my last trip there, I made the mistake of sitting in the back seat of the cab. So, of course the driver was completely turned around in his seat, chatting away , not loking at the the road ahead, as we went along. Thrilling for the first timer in the front with him. |
Original Post | Dear FSHS family. Tomorrow we head for Naples. Taking hubby for the first time with some apprehension, after all how does one explain the irreverient Neopolitains, and why we love them. Well, it just couldn't be described more aptly than in the introduction of the cookbook "Naples at Table" by Arthur Schwartz. Ck it out on Amazon, where you can read the intro on line. Absolutly a priceless and beautifully poetic picture in words of our cherished Napoli. I'll try to keep FB updated with photos, altough the forcast presently is predicting rain all week. Naples gets about 230 days of sunshine a year. Guess I know how to pick em. We are staying in Vomero for the first 3 nights at a B&B called Weekend in Naples, hosted by Patrizia and Paulo. Then on to a wet Positano. |
