Comment History | I WAS raped ! Anyone care of my 2 cents/sense ? b4 & after version ...? |
| Bottom line, if youdon't have a uterus, you have no no NO right to tell someone who does have one what she can or cannot do with it. |
| And Mel, the comment about them being older kids, troubled or with special needs is just a terrible comment. Like, so what? They can stay in orphanages or foster care till they are 18 and then we can kick them onto the streets?? Not our problem!! All kids deserve to be wanted. ALL kids. When they aren't, they end up in my husband's place of business--Correctional Centers. Yeah, sure. Make abortion illegal. |
| Oh Mel I'm not sure you are living in our real world. I am in the legal field. I see it firsthand the abuse these infants and yes older children go through for just basic life necessities :(. Not their fault |
| Still have to support them, and also those kids born to families (or moms, usually) who can't afford to feed them. I have no issues with that. I was a single mom at 17, and I KNOW how hard it is. Some women can't or choose not to take on such a daunting responsibility. Anyone who thinks that making abortion illegal will change things for the better is living in a dreamworld. All you will have is dead mothers--and a lot of "older kids and kids with special needs" who will need homes--killed by back alley abortions. And rape victims who are sentenced to remember EVERY DAY OF THEIR LIFE, WITHOUT RESPITE,what happened to them because their choice of how THEY want to live their lives was taken away. I cannot agree with that. Freedom of choice is what every woman deserves. |
Original Post | The article asked me to be the first of my friends to like this, I WILL NOT, and hope all my friends will support the woman's choice. OMG What is next? |
