We had a strange brew of Kopi Luwak from Indonesia prepared in a really cool Rube Goldberg Vacuum Contraption. It had a mild, non-acidic flavor but not the put-hair-on-your-chest type of bean I've learned to enjoy. It was an experience nonetheless and a nice farewell treat for our friend Steve.
